Sembra che potrebbe essere un problema di grub o una dipendenza con qualcosa nel kernel / os. Per risolvere un problema di dipendenze con una versione di Ubuntu, puoi provare ad aggiornare il SO con apt-get (o avviare in un SO più recente se ne hai uno su una partizione):

  
  • Aggiorna l'indice dei pacchetti

         

    L'indice del pacchetto APT è essenzialmente un database di pacchetti disponibili dai repository definiti nel file /etc/apt/sources.list. Per aggiornare l'indice del pacchetto locale con le ultime modifiche apportate nei repository, digitare quanto segue:

  • Aggiorna pacchetti: nel corso del tempo, le versioni aggiornate dei pacchetti attualmente installati sul computer potrebbero essere disponibili dai repository dei pacchetti (ad esempio, la sicurezza aggiornata). Se un pacchetto deve installare o rimuovere nuove dipendenze durante l'aggiornamento, non verrà aggiornato dal comando di aggiornamento. Per tale aggiornamento, è necessario utilizzare il comando dist-upgrade.

     

Inoltre, puoi aggiornare l'intero sistema Ubuntu da una revisione all'altra con dist-upgrade.
